The MultiSpot developed by LA SIESTA is patented and TÜV-tested. With this integrated suspension the Joki children's hanging nest can be put up and taken down in seconds. It provides reliable suspension from all common ceiling types and beams.

Joki’s movement offers many advantages for healthy child development: Sense of balance is strengthened while motor and cognitive skills are promoted. Studies have shown this kind of movement can have a positive effect on learning math, reading, and writing.

This hammock is 100% organic cotton, grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and defoliants.

The absence of artificial fertilizers and harsh pesticides protects our precious soils. Together with the alternating cultivation of organic cotton and other plants – also known as crop rotation – thisapproach contributes to the higher storage capacity of the soil and to comparatively low water consumption. Energy consumption is also significantly lower than in the production of conventional cotton.

Joki can be attached to the ceiling or a sloping roof, as long as it is solid masonry or drywall with a wooden substructure (studs). Alternatively, Joki can also be suspended from a beam.

The required height to hang your Joki is between 6ft 6in and 13ft. When mounting your Joki, you should make sure that it has enough clearance when swinging so it does not bump into walls, furniture or objects.

Tip: Joki can also be attached to a loft bed with sufficient height.

Joki can be washed at 86 degrees F on gentle cycle. Be sure to remove the included cushion before washing. Let the hanging nest air dry after washing. We do not recommend machine drying.

The installation of the Joki requires a suspension height of 6 ft 7 in. If the suspension is from a higher point, the Joki can be extended with a rope.

In order to hang a Joki, a suspension point is necessary from either a ceiling, a tree limb or a beam. The Joki requires a minimum amount of space and even fits into smaller children's rooms. It can be removed in one simple step when no longer needed.
